Does your product break too quickly for your liking?
Then you can appeal to the warranty scheme via Riverdale. For this you need to go through the following steps:
- Immediately after discovering the defect, send your request with photos of the product to customer [email protected]
- Please also provide us with your order number (it is therefore important to keep this with your purchase).
- You will receive a response as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
The aforementioned warranty scheme naturally leaves your other rights under the law unaffected.
