How do I register a complaint?
Are you not satisfied with something or is there something wrong with a product you ordered from us? Of course we find that annoying. We are therefore happy to help you solve the problem. Below you will find more information about our complaints procedure.
First of all, always check your package carefully upon receipt. Because if you find a defect, the product is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered, you can return this product within 14 days. You can read more information about returns here.
Has something arrived damaged or wrong, and would you like a replacement item for this? Send an email to our customer service with a photo of the item and your order number.
Of course, there may also be other complaints than those described above. You can always report this to our customer service. We can be reached by telephone on working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or send an e-mail to [email protected]
Does your product break too quickly for your liking?
Then you can appeal to the guarantee scheme via Riverdale. For this you need to go through the following steps:
• Immediately after discovering the defect, send your request with photos of the product to [email protected]
• Please also provide us with your order number (it is therefore important to keep this with your purchase).
• You will receive a response as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
The aforementioned guarantee scheme naturally leaves your other rights under the law unaffected.
