What is the return procedure?
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order.

The costs incurred for the return are for your own account.
Can I also return a product or order at a Riverdale point of sale?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can return your order, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. You can then place a new order again.
Is it possible to have my product repaired through you?
