Promotions cannot be exchanged for money
Decorative cushions from the 1+1 free promotion cannot be returned or exchanged for a voucher.
If you return only 1 of the pillows from the 1+1 promotion, the full amount of this pillow will be charged.

The decorative cushions must be added to the shopping cart yourself. If this has not been done, we cannot deliver the free decorative cushion.
